More support for municipal workers and their unions

The Taylor Law is a state law that makes it almost impossible for public sector workers to go on strike. Of course, public safety often depends on these workersó in transportation, sanitation, law enforcement, and so on.

But if organized workers in effect lose all right to strike, then they have no meaningful power to bargain with management. Amendments must be made to the Taylor Law that will allow public sector workers to bargain effectively.
